Cancellations and Rescheduling

Your appointments are a priority to me, and I reserve time specifically for you. To ensure fairness to all clients, I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A charge equal to 100% of the service fee applies otherwise.

Missed appointments

When appointments are missed without sufficient notice, I lose the opportunity to offer that time to other clients. As a result, a charge equal to 100% of the service fee for any missed appointments will apply.
